He explained all my options to me, and was always available by phone when I had questions. By the time the other company we approached had sent me an email with excuses as to why they hadnโt submitted a quote to me, we had already decided to use Accent. By the time the other company had sent me an inaccurate quote with errors, weโd paid Accent a deposit for works. And by the time the other company emailed me asking if Iโd read their quote, Accent had finished their first day of work. Iโm very impressed with all the workers, being well mannered and decent – and very respectful about our home.
