Do you offer supply only or supply and install for builder projects?

Both options are available. Builders who manage their own installation teams can order supply only, and we manufacture and deliver the windows and doors directly to your site. Builders who prefer a complete solution can use our supply and install service, where our own team manages installation from measure through to completion. Every supply and install project is backed by our 15-year warranty. Supply-only orders carry a 7-year warranty. Your dedicated Account Manager will confirm the right arrangement for your project scope at the quoting stage.

Yes. Every window and door we supply is custom manufactured at our factory in Bayswater North, Melbourne. We are 100% Australian owned and operated. Manufacturing locally means we control lead times and product quality directly, and there are no delays caused by overseas shipping or international supply chain disruptions. All products are manufactured to comply with relevant Australian Standards, including AS 2047 for windows and external glazed doors and AS 1288 for glass selection and installation.
Yes. Our aluminium window and door range includes configurations that support NatHERS and 7-star energy rating compliance under the current National Construction Code. We provide expert product advice on glazing options, frame specifications, and thermal performance requirements to help your project meet the energy efficiency targets set in your energy report. Double glazed configurations and thermally broken frames are available across our range where higher thermal performance is required. Glazing is one of the most significant variables in reaching a 7-star NatHERS energy rating on a new residential build. The right glass specification depends on each window and door’s orientation, size, and the thermal targets set in your energy report. For north and west-facing openings where solar heat gain is highest, double glazed units with Low-E coatings are commonly recommended to reduce heat entering the home in summer while still allowing winter warmth. For south-facing openings where heat loss is the primary concern, the U-Value of the glazing unit matters most. Quality residential double glazing such as Viridian’s LightBridge achieves U-Values as low as 1.40, which is a strong thermal insulation result for a residential product.
