They do what they say they are going to do ie. initial and ongoing sales appointments on time, every time. The follow up, to check measurements again, on time, each time. I highly commend the after-sales service of Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors! My new windows look amazing & I was thrilled with the installation process and the final result. They add significantly to the appearance of my house. However, I now have first-hand experience of the after-sales service as well. I'm very pleased to say that it is really good! When the bricks got painted outside I realized that the mitre joins at the top of one window didn't quite meet up as they should. The strips had been cut a little short. So I rang the office & spoke to Rosa who assured me that I needn't be concerned at all. There is a lifetime warranty on the windows. She organized for Nasar to come & inspect the windows. He was extremely helpful & checked all the windows for me. He measured, went & got materials & replaced two of the frames while I was out. When I got home it was all done. I think this speaks volumes about a company. The way a company deals with its customers after a job is done, often says more about their work ethics than the job itself. So, Very Well Done to Accent Windows & Doors. & THANK YOU!

I would like to thank everyone I dealt with at Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors. From my initial meeting with Saeed, right through to the Installers everyone was helpful, polite & professional. My old wooden windows were removed & replaced by Double Glazed, tinted aluminum windows. The installers arrived at 7.45am and finished late afternoon. It was a cold wet July day but they all worked together efficiently. They protected my carpet with drop sheets and were a total pleasure to deal with. I would especially like to commend Magid for his oversight & carpentry skills. He was also a great help to me when it came to choosing which architraves I wanted. I heard about Accent Windows & Doors through a family member & now I am very happy to pass the recommendation on to others. I don't need to say much because my new windows speak for themselves. The exterior of my house is completely changed, it looks great. When I'm inside, the monument colour also draws my eye to the outside & highlights the garden. I also find the rooms retain the heat better in winter, which is a real bonus. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Well done Accent and THANK YOU VERY MUCH for a job well done!

All the works from Accent Windows at our house are now complete and we are very satisfied with the final product. My wife and I would like to firstly thank yourself for your very professional and courteous way you attended our home and quoted our request. You were polite, respectful and knowledgeable which gave us confidence in selecting your company to do our works. After accepting the quote, we attended your showrooms in Diligent Drive to select colors etc and again were treated politely and with respect by everybody we spoke with. A big thank you to your installers, Simon and Bailey who did a fantastic, and clean job. They kept us always informed of progress and were great to deal with. A couple of days after completion of works, I required smaller stoppers for the rear sliding door. I contacted Rosa from Admin who quickly arranged for me to come pick them up. No issues. Cindy from Accounts Admin has also been up to date with her emails and payment information.   We are also very happy with the product itself. All visitors have commented how nice it all looks.    Again, we would like to thank you, your contractors and your staff for a pleasant experience. We are extremely happy with our new windows from Accent. They are of excellent quality workmanship and they are a major improvement to the look of our 45 year old home. We chose Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors because we used them in 2016 when we replaced our old sliding door. Accent did such a great job back then and we have had no problems since so we naturally decided to go back to the Accent earlier this year in 2021 because we needed three large old timber windows on our house replaced. We went to the Accent showroom in Bayswater to look at the various styles available where the Company Director Basir Abbass assisted us and gave us excellent advice on the type of window that would suit our home, double glazing and how Accent’s window manufacture and window replacement service operates. We were very impressed with this advice and decided to arrange for a quote. Within a couple of days the Area Manager Saeed Abbass came to our home and measured up and gave us very helpful advice for the window design. The windows were built and installed 8 weeks later by Sajad and his assistant from Accent who were very courteous and polite and did a fantastic job in removing the old timber windows and installing the new Accent aluminium windows. They carried out all the work on the one day and took away the old windows, cleaned up leaving no mess whatsoever. From our initial enquiry at the showroom and throughout the entire process to installation the customer service from Accent was exceptional. We were regularly kept informed on the progress from manufacturing to installation date. The build quality of the windows is excellent and they have made a big difference to the look of our home. We would have no hesitation in using Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors again and would happily recommend their products and services to other people. Kind Regards

From our initial meeting with Vakil Abbass, the personable and obliging Area Manager and his follow up conversations and support, to the installers, Ali and Shaker who were highly professional, skilful and respectful in our home. The company also arranged for the painting and dismantling and reinstalling of the blinds as part of the job which made it easier for us. If your thinking of having existing windows and doors I can highly recommend ACCENT WINDOWS & DOORS. This company were the second ONLY to come and give us a quote after searching and companies not turning up .. oneother company turned up and didnt send the quote he promised to email to us. We had been looking for 18 months after having had a Stratco Pergold built out the back of our home... we had almost given up!!! I sent Accent a Facebook message and right from that message to their area manager Vikil coming and giving us a quote to the completion of our old patio windows and door were gone.. replaced with our new set of sliding doors installed in 3 & 1/2 hours...no mess, no fuss, and quick. All the people from Amir who answered my original Facebook message, Vikil who came and gave us the quote, then the Guys who came and measured it all up, then the top fitting team who took out our old windows and door and put in our new set... You may recall that our booking for this service was conducted through Mr David Anderson of Wilander Painting Services. The window was installed with a minimum of fuss by your installer Mr Nasar Jafari who completed the installation with competence, efficiency and attention to detail We was advised that one window was severely rotted and should be replaced. Efforts to locate a window of identical design ie. Double hung with weighted sashes were to no avail. It was then that we decided to take the aluminium option and we are more than satisfied with the result. The removal of the old wooden windows was not an easy task nor was the installation of truly square new ones into somewhat warped openings but hassles aside, the boys did a perfect job. I was extremely pleased with Accent windows installation of our window needing replacement. From the first phone call to the completed project, Accent were prompt and efficient. The quality of the work was fantastic and I was very pleased with the entire process. It is very rare to find a company who give you a time or date and stick to it. Aziz was the only window installer that actually came out to see the job required, every other company I called wanted me to send a pic of the window and then were charging more than Accent windows, so this was a no brainer for me when choosing who to go with for the new installation. I will definitely use Accent windows if needed in the future.

The guys haven’t finished the job yet, but I’ll tell you now I’m very impressed. From the moment Saeed came to do the quote, he was courteous and on time. He explained all my options to me, and was always available by phone when I had questions. By the time the other company we approached had sent me an email with excuses as to why they hadn’t submitted a quote to me, we had already decided to use Accent. By the time the other company had sent me an inaccurate quote with errors, we’d paid Accent a deposit for works. And by the time the other company emailed me asking if I’d read their quote, Accent had finished their first day of work. I’m very impressed with all the workers, being well mannered and decent - and very respectful about our home. I’d pay $5k more for service of this level.

I am writing this in PRAISE of Basir & Co @ Accent! From my first encounter with staff at the factory and showroom to what is now the last day of installation, a whole house with 19 windows. My experience has been ENTIRELY POSITIVE!!!! Saeed the consultant, is a kind, patient man, dealing with even my weekend texts, with cheerful grace at all times. He said “If you need me to come back 10 times, I will come back 10 times. You must be satisfied.” That set a tone for customer service which did not fail. Everyone who set foot on the property was cheerful & courteous. Even the ‘hiccups’ ...really only 2...were handled calmly & resolved seamlessly. Morteza & Ron, installers worked together, as hand in glove. Their demeanours made for a friendly & happy atmosphere. Steve, Hemi & Abbas completed a well-oiled installation team.... thank you to them too. Tradie experiences are exhausting for all involved.... doors wide open in the middle of winter.... furniture (& dogs) constantly in the way....putting things down & ‘losing’ them etc... Accent’s installation was the best ‘tradie’ experience this house has seen. Most importantly, our family ❤️❤️❤️ the new windows & doors!!!!!!!! The 40+ yo house is transformed! We have a refreshed view of the world.

The delivery lads arrived here with the goods on time and off loaded without any problems. It wasn't long after that the tradies turned up and got stuck into putting in the new windows that look great. Highly recommend this company for replacing existing (rotted & old) wooden windows and doors with aluminium to suit existing house colour. Vakil the Sales rep was really helpful and experienced with window designs as some of our windows were not functional and aesthetic pleasing. The quote was very competitive and lead time was the shortest (4 weeks) compared with 3 other reputable companies. Tania in the office always responded to our emails promptly. Abbas the installer and his team was fantastic, super efficient and worked tirelessly from 7:30am to 6:30pm to replace 10 windows and 1 back door in one day. This was a worthwhile investment!!

I know you all did your best to get my doors "right", and spent much time in trying to resolve the problems. When there were still issues, I greatly appreciated that Nick and his team from Howse Constructions were bought in. Yesterday they came out to my house, and with some difficulty but with much care, took the doors and frame out, did what was needed, then reinstalled and adjusted it all. I could not fault them on their work, professionalism, and care. I now have the sliding doors I had oped for. They look even, slide more smoothly, and close properly. I am so thankful that my issue was taken seriously, and every effort was made by Accent to fix the problem. I am very happy with the doors, and with Accent Windows, and are looking forward to using them for years ahead. Thank You

Rang to see if they had spare rollers for glass sliding doors. Rob said maybe as there's lots of different types, he suggested another place as it was closer to me. I go there regularly but didn't know they sold them and thanks to Rob suggesting I go there it saved me a long drive. Comforting to know real customer service still exists.

I am writing to tell you how impressed I have been with the customer service and attitude shown by Vakil Abbass. A few months ago I called Accent Aluminium for a quote. I received the quote in a timely manner. The job was completed in a timely manner, too. It was completed very efficiently and professionally and I was pleased with the quality of work and the end result. I then realised that due to Owner's Corporation rules, I may need to change the windows as they appeared slightly different to the ones all the other owners had on their apartments. I was anxious and I called Vakil to see what my options were and how much it would cost for the windows to be modified or replaced. Vakil was very calm and reassuring and he offered to come and inspect the windows, so that I can explain exactly what needs to be done. I met Vakil at the property. I showed him how the other windows looked. He came up with the solution immediately and when asked how much it would cost, he said that he won't charge me. The modifications included placing black lines on one part of the window, which made it look identical to all the other windows in the building. Vakil completed this job efficiently and professionally, too. I am so thankful for the service I have received. I am so impressed with the "can do" attitude and a willingness to excel at customer service. I was very anxious when I realised we will need to make some changes (due to my own lack of attention to detail), but that all melted away very quickly after speaking to Vakil who found a solution. Once again, thank you very much for such excellent service. I am a very grateful and satisfied customer and I have no hesitation in recommending Vakil and Accent Aluminium for their professionalism, excellent customer focus and quality of work.

Forge has been able to organise my new sliding door very quickly ensuring that my order got through as I had specifically requested with ease and professionalism and all before Christmas.
