Supply only means Accent Windows manufactures your custom windows and doors, delivers them to your site, and hands them over to your builder or nominated installer to fit. Supply and install means we manage the complete process from manufacturing through to professional installation by our own team. The warranty terms differ between the two options. Supply and install projects for new builds are backed by a 7-year warranty. Replacement projects using supply and install are backed by a 15-year warranty. Supply-only orders carry a 7-year warranty. The right option depends on your builder arrangement and whether you have a preferred installer already engaged.

Accent Windows installs using our own experienced installation team, not subcontractors. Because we manufacture the product ourselves at our Bayswater North factory and install it with the same business, there is one point of accountability from measure to finished installation. If something needs attention after the work is done, you contact us directly. There is no subcontractor chain to navigate, no third party to chase, and no gap in responsibility between the manufacturer and the installer.

For new build projects, installation timing is coordinated with your builder’s construction programme.
