The guys haven’t finished the job yet, but I’ll tell you now I’m very impressed. From the moment Saeed came to do the quote, he was courteous and on time. He explained all my options to me, and was always available by phone when I had questions. By the time the other company we approached had sent me an email with excuses as to why they hadn’t submitted a quote to me, we had already decided to use Accent. By the time the other company had sent me an inaccurate quote with errors, we’d paid Accent a deposit for works. And by the time the other company emailed me asking if I’d read their quote, Accent had finished their first day of work. I’m very impressed with all the workers, being well mannered and decent – and very respectful about our home.
I’d pay $5k more for service of this level.
