We are extremely happy with our new windows from Accent. They are of excellent quality workmanship and they are a major improvement to the look of our 45 year old home. We chose Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors because we used them in 2016 when we replaced our old sliding door. Accent did such a great job back then and we have had no problems since so we naturally decided to go back to the Accent earlier this year in 2021 because we needed three large old timber windows on our house replaced. We went to the Accent showroom in Bayswater to look at the various styles available where the Company Director Basir Abbass assisted us and gave us excellent advice on the type of window that would suit our home, double glazing and how Accent’s window manufacture and window replacement service operates. We were very impressed with this advice and decided to arrange for a quote. Within a couple of days the Area Manager Saeed Abbass came to our home and measured up and gave us very helpful advice for the window design. The windows were built and installed 8 weeks later by Sajad and his assistant from Accent who were very courteous and polite and did a fantastic job in removing the old timber windows and installing the new Accent aluminium windows. They carried out all the work on the one day and took away the old windows, cleaned up leaving no mess whatsoever. From our initial enquiry at the showroom and throughout the entire process to installation the customer service from Accent was exceptional. We were regularly kept informed on the progress from manufacturing to installation date. The build quality of the windows is excellent and they have made a big difference to the look of our home. We would have no hesitation in using Accent Aluminium Windows and Doors again and would happily recommend their products and services to other people.
