I am writing on this occasion to express my thanks for your excellent service in supplying and installing a new Sliding Aluminium Window at my address on Saturday the 15th of October 2011.
You may recall that our booking for this service was conducted through Mr David Anderson of Wilander Painting Services. The window was installed with a minimum of fuss by your installer Mr Nasar Jafari who completed the installation with competence, efficiency and attention to detail
We was advised that one window was severely rotted and should be replaced. Efforts to locate a window of identical design ie. Double hung with weighted sashes were to no avail. It was then that we decided to take the aluminium option and we are more than satisfied with the result.
