My new windows look amazing & I was thrilled with the installation process and the final result. They add significantly to the appearance of my house.
However, I now have first-hand experience of the after-sales service as well. I’m very pleased to say that it is really good!
When the bricks got painted outside I realized that the mitre joins at the top of one window didn’t quite meet up as they should. The strips had been cut a little short. So I rang the office & spoke to Rosa who assured me that I needn’t be concerned at all. There is a lifetime warranty on the windows. She organized for Nasar to come & inspect the windows.
He was extremely helpful & checked all the windows for me. He measured, went & got materials & replaced two of the frames while I was out.
When I got home it was all done.
I think this speaks volumes about a company.
The way a company deals with its customers after a job is done, often says more about their work ethics than the job itself.
