I am writing to tell you how impressed I have been with the customer service and attitude shown by Vakil Abbass.
A few months ago I called Accent Aluminium for a quote. I received the quote in a timely manner. The job was completed in a timely manner, too. It was completed very efficiently and professionally and I was pleased with the quality of work and the end result. I then realised that due to Owner’s Corporation rules, I may need to change the windows as they appeared slightly different to the ones all the other owners had on their apartments. I was anxious and I called Vakil to see what my options were and how much it would cost for the windows to be modified or replaced. Vakil was very calm and reassuring and he offered to come and inspect the windows, so that I can explain exactly what needs to be done. I met Vakil at the property. I showed him how the other windows looked. He came up with the solution immediately and when asked how much it would cost, he said that he won’t charge me. The modifications included placing black lines on one part of the window, which made it look identical to all the other windows in the building. Vakil completed this job efficiently and professionally, too. I am so thankful for the service I have received. I am so impressed with the “can do” attitude and a willingness to excel at customer service. I was very anxious when I realised we will need to make some changes (due to my own lack of attention to detail), but that all melted away very quickly after speaking to Vakil who found a solution. Once again, thank you very much for such excellent service. I am a very grateful and satisfied customer and I have no hesitation in recommending Vakil and Accent Aluminium for their professionalism, excellent customer focus and quality of work.
